I've almost gone through a 8 oz tub in a little more than one year. Was looking around for options however most users continue to stand behind it and I don't see much better at this price point.

Meguiars NXT, Rain-X and Sprayway glass cleaner (I like the smell and it's less than Stoner's and safe for tinted windows). I occasionally clean the glass with BarKeepers Friend before applying Rain-X.

I have Pinnacle Signature Series II (going to buy the good stuff, Souveran, soon) that's good on dark colors. For my white mustang I use Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0. For polishing I used Meguiars M105 and M205. I've used Diamondite for glass but wasn't too impressed so I might switch to Griot's. I've got Griot's waterless autowash and love it so I'm sure their other products are great.

Zaino. Applied when new, reapplied just once a year afterwards. The car is now over 4 years old and I still get compliments on how good it looks. I keep a cover over it in the daytime and it's garaged at night which certainly goes a long way towards reducing the environmental damage. I wash every few weeks with Mecguairs Gold car wash, touch up spots with a little quick detailer and dust with a California duster when needed. Zaino is pretty labor intensive and best done on a new car, but once done and if the car is not exposed to harsh elements like you may get in the northeast, a once or twice a year reapplication is all it needs.

I use Meguiar's Ultimate -- I am very happy with it.

Anyone use liquid glass?

Edit: not a wax strictly speaking (I think).

Best wax is really relative as they all are more or less the same. Its like anything else everyone has a favorite brand. For a long time I was like 'zymol is the only way to go nothing else touches my car', then with my next car I was like 'dodo juice! oh man this stuff is 100 bucks so it must be awesome this is the only way to go'.

Ive realized if you garage the car its all the same in the end and all achieve a good amount of protection. If the car is outside you may want to go with one people feel have a longer durability. Waxes do not know what color your car is, and they dont really care either, wax is wax. So dont pay more just bc it says its for a certain color thats just marketing.

Just remember that waxes protect the paint from the elements and polishes bring out the shine and clarity/pop in the paint, wax just seals in the amazing results you get from a polish.

I now use Adams products maybe because my name is Adam, but honestly its only because I still have some left, I dont see a marked difference in the quality but the ease of use is pretty good.

When you have time go look up Junkman on youtube or this forum and watch his videos, they will educate you beyond where you want to go with this basic question.

I used it on my old car to get it ready to sell. It brand itself as a polish but im 99.9% sure it had nothing abrasive in it. I would qualify more as a sealant. It was ok, not great, not bad, just ok.
