The Nismo has the same brakes as the sport package, the pads and brake fluid are not really track ready off the showroom floor. If you are planning to track, replacing the pads with something track ready, and getting some high-temp brake fluid should greatly reduce the chance of sudden brake fade.

On the street/mountain roads you should be fine though, ive really abused my brakes on backroads and the problem i ran into was warped rotors, never had fade.
