Yes. Add the sway bar. This car desperately needs whatever you can throw at it to help the front tires maintain contact with the road.

Rear bar really isn't necessary (mostly personal preference), but definitely do the front. I have Eibach front & rear and would go back to the stock rear bar if I wasn't so lazy.
