Here is a flush set up 19x9.5+22 19x10.5+12 I am 99.9% sure both are running 255-35-19 front and 305-30-19 rears so its apples to apples for comparison with tires.

Flush, Stock heigth Nismo.
19x9.5 +25, with 275/30-19 Mich PSS. 19x12 +28, with 325/30-19 Mich PSS No rubs.
