The "Will it fit?" thread

All of those sizes are pretty conservative I mean, you're shelling money for air suspension and you're gonna run wheels that would be pretty weak for a simple static setup

20x10 +25 and 20x11 +28 is the best those wheels come in? you should be looking at different wheels

you already dropping money for air, get the adjustable arms and something 3 piece with way more aggressive specs

Look at user DPE_G in the build section

He has air and he's running 20x9.5 +17 and 20x11 +0
Room to spare
He had airlift

They offer it in 12 +21 do you think it would fit nicely?
I like the idea of putting the air suspension on first then set the ride height he wants the car to sit at and see from there with the proper alignment. He mainly wants the car to be flush at the driving height where he will mostly be at not when the car is aired out.

Optionzero
It's not me it's my pals car. he's got spl parts with the airlift so that should be good. I agree with you on custom wheels but he doesn't seem to like the idea. anyway, we will see after installing the suspension I guess. I know DPEs z its sick.

Thanks, everyone for your input its much appreciated.

Compared to the car I posted; That would be just 13mm further out on the front & 17mm further out on the rear (with the +25 10’s & +21 12’s)....sounds more doable & probably around (-2.0’ish camber).
OptionZero has good knowledge on the more aggressive wheel fitment.
List tire sizes...& good luck if you wing it

Just be sure you have room for the backside of those wheels with your air suspension,
The 20x12+21’s have 7.33” backspacing....tire width & diameter will be just as important.

This is DPE_G's car on airlift suspension, 20x9.5 +17 and 20x12 +0
His thread says he's at -2 camber all around, which sounds right to me

Thats a massive amount of space, particularly when aired out when there is even more clearance.

Tell your friend he's an idiot if he's gonna cheap out and get crappy wheels after putting in all the cash and time and money in his suspension

If he wants a split spoke wheel, shoot for these:

OZ knows his aggressive fitment setups & bags are no different...unsure if your partner gonna stretch 255/35,305/30’s & stay in the 27” range or go beefier w/275/30,325/25’s...can make a huge difference- but I’d install suspension first & then play around with some test fit wheels...too much investment to “Pith” it away on poor offsets

Ok first post here. I've committed to the Konig Hypergrams. Wheel fitment is my achilles heel so I need some help.

2014 touring base. Stock suspension.

1. Am I going to need to run any spacers?
2. Will it clear sport brakes (I have base brakes but looking to upgrade soon).

F 18x8.5 + 35. 245/45/18
R 18.9.5 + 25. 275/40/18

Go wider, by an inch front and back. If you want the best handle IMHO go 10.5" square.

Sounds like you’re more concerned about the brake clearance vs bringing the wheels out closer to a flush fit.
Unsure on that wheel; as you would be coming out just 15mm up front/ but sinking the rears about 3.5mm deeper
If wheels are new; seller should know

Brake clearance is dependent on the design of the wheel, so you should probably contact konig or a retailer if you're insisting on that particular wheel

9.5 +22 and 10.5 +12 is the minimum you should run

If the wheels you're looking at don't come in that level at least, look at different wheels

These don't come in 19's? Are you sure u want 18's for a street wheel....they look puny

Get 9.5 +25 and 11 +15

Running 8.5/9.5’s you can easily go +19/+6 on offsets (4” & 5” hub face to outer wheel lips) or +25/+12’s (3.75/4.75”)
The lower the +#, the further out the wheel will sit.
Oem Base is 18x8/9 +43/+15...so unsure what your ultimate goal is/ as those tire sizes & sport brakes fit your factory wheels

Whats going on everyone I’m completely new too figuring out fitments. I’m planning ahead I ordered these wheels Nismo 57CR Rays from Z1 Front 19 x 9.5 +22 mm Rear 19 x 10.5 + 25 mm. I’m on BC coils currently roughly about an inch or so lowered.

Tire wise how thick of a tire could I go? According to the guys at Z1 these will be pretty close to stock but they are wider than the stock Rays I have on the car now.

The rears are approximately the same size as what a Nismo rear is (+23)
The fronts are much more aggressive than stock, but well within what most aftermarket setups come in

Frankly, the +25 rear is extremely conservative

You can run the same tire sizes as a nismo
245/40/19
285/35/19
It willl literally fit the same as a factory nismo since those are the same width tire and wheel

the rears are sunk as hell. Get the +12 offset in 19x10.5
