Tire chunk missing from drifting. Safe to drive?

It's probably not as bad as it looks (which is pretty bad), but considering the way you drive and the result of a blow out under those circumstances it is

I don't think those scrapes were from cones, usually cones leave a black mark behind that can be rubbed off. I've hit more than my fair share
