What do you guys do for exhausts here? Y pipe + CBE? I haven't owned a non-turbo AWD car for a long time

yea, its probably the best looking lip kit for the 370 without changing the whole bumper. Few of us in the club have it, come out to a meet and check'em out

Clean and loud, but no drone. I like the way the FI looks, as well as Ark.

Call Tony at Fast Intentions. No one makes a higher quality exhaust.

I've been strongly considering it. $300 deposit and what, 3 month wait? Not horrible I suppose.

it's not even three months for the exhaust (I don't think) more like 2 I believe, but don't quote me on that. It was totally worth the wait in my opinion. I've installed a lot of exhausts, and I haven't seen one as nice as FI yet. The quality, the look, and most importantly for me as an installer, the fit are all literally perfect. No modifications are necessary, it just bolts right up. And the sound is eargasmic.

I had the invidia gemini and kinetix HFC. the gemini is somewhat quiet with the stock cats, has a deep growl to it but not overly loud. with HFC it is louder and more aggresive, but still deep. no fart can or raspy ness.

here is gemini & kinetix hfc - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8XFfDE84K8

personally the best sounding exhaust set up is the motordyne art pipes & motordyne e370 catback. it is loud as f*ck when you want it to be, and quiet once your at cruising speed. The FI has more of a deep bass tone to it, the motordyne is explosive, mean and aggresive and a little higher pitched. it has more of a bark and a bite where the FI has more of a growl, if that make sense. right After I got my art pipes and e370 installed i took a ride in someone elses FI cbe & rHFC and the 2 sounds were pretty different. motordyne set up sounds more exotic the FI set up sounded somewhat close to my gemini because it was a deep bass tone, not to mention the motordyne was much louder. if you like loud exotic sounds, check out some of HUCKs videos for the FI long tube headers and the CBE. i think that is a sexy *** set up, but LTH+install is a bit expensive

the best exhaust will be the one you end up buying though!

also some stillen gen 3 intakes or takeda cold air intakes would be essential.

happy driving

edit; fwiw the g37 and 370z will sound the same.

I do installs on the side and have seen the gamut of exhausts. Nothing comes close to the fit and finish of Fast Intentions. Invidia is absolute garbage, and Motordyne sounds nice, but the gains arent there and lately they've had massive quality control issues. ARK sounds nice but the fit is pretty crappy. FI is the only exhaust I would even consider.
