First Hellcat Sold in Colorado Wrecked An Hour After Purchase

These things will be destroyed.....I had a CTS-V, but I knew in winter that you can't go around nailing the gas with that much HP. This guy, not so much. Least it crashes quite well. Nobody died.

I'm a speed demon, I admit and have a SRT8 with 465hp and find it hard to use all that power on the highways let alone the streets, so this seems like a clear case of a guy buying a car he didn't get a chance to know or understand and the probability of some showing off in the process as well.

Insurance for these things will really start to go up as more of them get wadded. If I had not just got my 911 C4S, I would go buy one tomorrow. Lime green too!

Wont be the last either... That's a lot of torque on tap and until people who don't have business turning the traction control off stop turning it off, it'll probably happen more often then not. I would love to drive the 6MT version.

He is a sweet boy, still fully equipped too...but sadly hates car rides....be it my Nismo, V, or 911. He simply does not appreciate all the cool rides I have had, he is into dog treats.

my buddy has one and we were going 40mph down a normal city street. he got on the gas to do like a 40-70 burst and it immediately broke loose so I can see how this is gonna happen again and again

ive got a long 400ft paved driveway and we wanted to see what it would do just stomping the gas and it never got traction spun through 3rd and left 35ft black marks
