I will believe it when I see it. That article looks to be a reprint from an earlier one. :shakes head:

FPenvy, You're not going to make money off of me, as I believe you'll be right. Unfortunately, that'll prevent me from being a new Z owner.

That’s not going to stop the stick shift fanatics from doing this:
https://conceptzperformance.com/blog...q60-red-sport/

I’d rather Nissan kill the Z off already if the next gen is automatic only.

If they had any plans for a new Z, they should be screaming it from the rooftops.

The silence tells me all I need to know....

These guys do awesome work, im surprised the q60 doesn't have a stock blow off valve? High quality HKS parts solved the problem.

Powertrain for the 370Z successor could be hiding under the hood

:gtfo2:

That's just a guy doing a trackday at the Ring. :driving: There's nothing special about the front bumper. Brake cooling holes, and holes for more air to the intakes, oil cooler. Here in the states. Nissan has already had other companies switch motors.

Or is it Nissan's new rumored yet unconfirmed Wankel Engine? :ugh:

UNKNOWN_370 10-29-2019 05:54 PM

This is probably the FIRST substantial news on the Z35 . Enjoy!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!

https://www.motor1.com/news/379265/n...-mule-spotted/

Notice the front end has all the extra cooling ducts. I'm sure it's for an intercooler.

280driver 10-29-2019 06:23 PM

Finally something concrete!

I beat you to it, 3 posts before yours. ;)

370Z JT 10-29-2019 07:30 PM

definitely good news...but why test a new motor when you have the 3.0TT sitting on the sidelines?

280driver 10-29-2019 07:57 PM

Carscoops says it is the 3.0TT and that the mule was there with a new Supra for benchmarking.

Having the new Supra as the benchmark is good news.

Rusty 10-29-2019 08:12 PM

You guys are a year late. The 3.0 TT with 400hp has been done.

CRiZO 10-29-2019 08:26 PM

Check out the size of the rear rotors, are they larger?

UNKNOWN_370 10-29-2019 08:39 PM

All they gotta do is smooth out this body to meet today's body styles, but they need to do a lot of work on the inside. Cant wait to see it!!!!

No, stock sport rotors and brakes.

looks the same.....but how about the muffler? the tips look different I think?

Rusty 10-29-2019 09:12 PM

You guys need to brush up on your German license plates. The Z is registered to someone in Siegburg.

You have an aftermarket cbe? Does it look stock? :icon14:

JARblue 10-29-2019 09:15 PM

I don't think Nissan is testing a next gen Z prototype using the 09-13 base model front bumper. Give me a break ... :shakes head:

Rusty 10-29-2019 09:16 PM

You guys are having a circle jerk and coming over each other. :shakes head:

I think they look larger, but the car just looks like a track rat's car to me. Test mules usually have some unusual shenanigans going on. This one has GoPro mounts.

Show me a video of it sounding turbocharged and it may have my attention.

Do my rotors look bigger?

Nope
