No Z for 7 to 10 days.

:(:(:(:(:(:(

Don't let insurance tell u where to go to get it fixed. U can go to any shop u prefer. And get multiple estimates!!

I'm lucky. The best body shop in town was bought out by the Nissan/Chevy Dealer 3 years ago. Almost all of the guys made the transition.
So I just took it to the dealer.
I'm good friends with the shop's front Office.

oh, you mean a creeper? i dont use one since my cars are low. i place these
cardboard circles i got from tirerack when i bought wheels and slide around
on that. :D

you will also need a drain pan to catch the old oil. get a triangular one
with capacity more than 5qts. funnel... you'll need one.

also an oil filter wrench. get one that looks like a big channel lock plier.
those work the best imho. ive pretty much tried them all :D

AK had a nice alternative for the funnel. Cut the bottom from a water bottle, make sure it is dry, and use that.

The plier type rocks. I had the one that looks like a big socket, no go. The plier type twists it right off.

Got my car towed outside of the Cowboys stadium because I was helping my friend move out the day of a huge concert being held there. The tow truck driver thought I was trying to get free parking in an apartment complex. Well he picked up my car in a hurry and scraped up the exhaust.. Noting major only cosmetic and very little at that but enough to piss me off, plus I had to pay the tow fees.. So I filed a claim with the company and they reimbursed me for a new rear portion from FI (the only portion which had damage).

There's a few dips in the salon's parking lot.
I forget where they are sometimes.

I have a few dips around my house, but I know their names and they only come around on the weekends.

Same ol' until I spot another '13 (or '14) Z zipping through traffic so I keep up with him (nothing dangerous) and finally get up next to him and roll down my window to give a  and I don't even get a look, smile, wink, kiss, or thumbs-up back.

:( Kind of ruined my morning. :icon17:

I did that the other day with a white 370z... then he realized I was following and squeezed to the right so I could give him a head nod and he gave an acknowledge :hello: I was full-homo and my gf was not impressed... she was like 'we missed our turn' so I asked her if she wanted to walk back then?

needless to say I got to know my hand better that night...

Drove to what is usually an empty parking garage to see if I could get some decent shots. I get almost to the top level and end up crashing a BMW meet with douchey looking guys looking in my direction and smirking. There was a photographer getting shots with them. :ugh:

Funny you say that, I find several (not everyone) Z owners being real stupid, I think they are mad about the fact that someone else owns one, who knows. I stopped saying hi to them any more.. I also own a BMW M car, complete opposite, other M owners stop me to chat, I can't get enough thumbs up from them, oh well ...
