Well I gave my GF a ride in it for the 1st time today and she is jealous....I bought her a Versa sedan 5spd she wanted when I was truck shopping a few months back. She was asking me if she could have it since I use my truck all week while working. She actually expects me to have the Versa as my enjoyment car? Well to be fair we have been together 20 years now :eek: We just never got married. I raised her 3 kids from the age of 2,3,5 as my own and they consider me Dad which I am grateful for.

Had to take the car back to dealership due to my hatch not closing. They have to order the part so i wont have my car this whole weekend.:shakes head::mad::shakes head:

Took the Z into dealership to see about swapping out the transmission under my extended warranty for the whine thats been getting progressively worse within the last few weeks...crossing my fingers that the adjuster from the warranty company gives the go ahead to replace it

Is upgrading to a NISMO worth the money
 

Hello everyone. I'm in the process of upgrading my 2013 370z base car to a NISMO. I planning to get the following:

1. Cat-Back Exhaust
2. NISMO Stabilizer
3. NISMO Suspension
4. NISMO Brake Pads
5. Akebedo Brake Kit

Do I need anything else to make my Z a true NISMO?

A hundred Nismo stickers plastered inside/outside the car from every angle :ugh:

While some of the parts listed are a great idea, you'll really need to spend $$ on the body kit, AND a tune after you change the exhaust, if you want your base to be a NISMO. You probably should have just spent the extra $$ and bought a NISMO, if that's what you wanted. My suggestion(s), enjoy your base Z, peruse the forum for ideas, and then make a decision on what you want in the way of upgrades. Just so you know, the Akebono kit might require the 19" wheels, so that's another $2k just for wheels, tires are probably another $1k on top of that. I don't know what your budget is like, but seriously, if you wanted a NISMO, ya should've bought one. :eekdance:
