K I don't know much about upgrading or whatever, so I should do z1 headers, and what HFCs? Berk 350z or stillen 350z? Or does z1 sell the 350z HFCs that fit the headers? And do i just call them and tell them what I want and pay over the phone?

See what z1 recommends. You can call or do it over their website.
