You had mentioned that it worries you having to add 350Z HFC's however many have done it. Check out the massively long thread on it.

I think it's worse to spend money on crappy headers that may be less in price but provide very little performance gains then spending your money on headers that may be a little more expensive but at least will make a difference on your car and would totally be worth the installation costs as well. I would try telling that to your mom.

Take your time and do it right. Don't throw your money away which would be buying the crappy headers.

Okay thanks, but if I can't do ppe LTH I'll look into the z1 headers with 350z HFCs? Right? And I just give them a call and they will help me out with what I want to do? Or how do I go about that?

Yep! Go to the Z1 Motorsports website and you can see more about them there. Also check out the thread on here about the Z1 headers. You can call them up and ask any additional questions you may have. Also as someone had mentioned that if you wanted the Berk HFC's you could get the Z1 headers and the 350Z Berk HFC's.

The Z1 headers cost is $895 and from Berks website their HFC's are $499. However the Z1 cats are $358.

Sorry not everyone is 50 years old and knows everything about cars and their upgrades. So go ahead and " let's just back away..." Since you were no help at all to me, Chuck and nismo270 were the only ones that had an impact on my decisions.

Those are the only shorty headers that make any power. Do those and a set of DE HFCs and be done with it.

And not much power compared to the amount of money in labor… Lol. NST pulleys have a higher gain and is about $1800 dollars less...

Pulleys aren't illegal either. And go with the Stillen pulley, 20% under driven. That's what I got and I like it a lot

And you don't need a tune for it either. If I were the OP I'd do an intake, HFCs, a pulley and a tune. Maybe Z1 or motordynes manifold.

And if he doesn't, odds are I'm going to pay 560 for headers and 560 for cats or something, (prices aren't the same), and around 360-480$ for install. (60$ per hour),,,(6-8hours)
Btw, once your mechanic starts, he ain't gonna charge you $360-480. He's going to charge you $700-800...

The shadiest of mechanics (one who is illegally in the US) quoted me $400, and a full day's labor.

Meh, I don't have a tune and I have every bolt on. Momentum headers, TPs, G3's the lot, and my car runs like a champ. Not lean either. The factory ECU sorted it out just fine

I got 322WHP without the headers, and I have an auto, not shabby if I do say so myself
