Plus, gears would fly under the radar. The car won't look or sound any different so no one but you would know it had been done.

If you haven't even graduated high school (I'm presuming) and you have a 370z, I consider you to be very lucky my friend. Don't screw it up.

Yes I am very lucky, but I do work and make payments, and sadly I have 2 vehicles ( 98 acura cl ) which I bought on my own.

There's lots of information on this site about upgrading. You should take some time and read through some posts in the Engine and Drivetrain section. Putting a little time and effort into modifying your car is necessary so you don't end up with a bad set up.

Here is some information about the Z1 Headers that will put you in the right direction:
Z1's Site

400 HP Package

Some general information

Wait-the graduation you mentioned is high school? You don't need any power mods. You don't have the driving experience to handle the power you already have. Take that money and go learn to drive. Hpdes and AutoX before you mod anything.

You are taking what he said in a negative way. By taking advantage of a driving school you will be able to drive the car to the maximum potential with out doing modifications first.

If you do mod the car, use this as your chance to start learning to DIY mods. You'll have fun and save a fortune. Someone local would help you for pizza and beer.
