Wait-the graduation you mentioned is high school? You don't need any power mods. You don't have the driving experience to handle the power you already have. Take that money and go learn to drive. Hpdes and AutoX before you mod anything.

You are taking what he said in a negative way. By taking advantage of a driving school you will be able to drive the car to the maximum potential with out doing modifications first.

Oh no I wasn't taking it in a negative way at all cause I know I can't drive, but I've don't know where any driving schools are around my area

There is a local chapter of guys who AutoX. Always. Go see if there's any SCCA events near you.
