Sold my Z34. It has a BERK HFC/CBE and needs to be smogged before sale...

I asked my good friend of 20+ years and mechanic about HFC's for me and his first question was "Who do you know that will put them on for you?"

It is a total no no in CA. CARB stands for California Air Resourse Board.

Obviously your friend doesn't know that there are Mexicans in CA, and I bet 99.9999% of mom and pop mechanics would install HFCs or TPs

Welp, the emissions test failed miserably. He compared it to an older car that was a world cleaner than my car. 409/696 on the NO test vs 0/17 on a similar car without mods.

I'm putting the stocks on and I'll be done with it. So, I may have some BERK HFC's if anyone is interested. They have about 10k miles on them.

wow...was the engine cold or something? i know with my z at least, cold engine = way smellier exhaust. fully warmed, and its way easier on the nose!

There are a ton of things about Florida that I absolutely can't stand but thank God we don't have emissions testing AND I can have all the mag-fed rifles I want.
