I asked my good friend of 20+ years and mechanic about HFC's for me and his first question was "Who do you know that will put them on for you?"

It is a total no no in CA. CARB stands for California Air Resourse Board.

Obviously your friend doesn't know that there are Mexicans in CA, and I bet 99.9999% of mom and pop mechanics would install HFCs or TPs
