Welp, the emissions test failed miserably. He compared it to an older car that was a world cleaner than my car. 409/696 on the NO test vs 0/17 on a similar car without mods.
I'm putting the stocks on and I'll be done with it. So, I may have some BERK HFC's if anyone is interested. They have about 10k miles on them.
