Nismo Badging on a Nismo Conversion?

My idea when people debadge a car isn't mianly to look clean, it's more have to do with hiding something. I believe most BMW 328 debadge their emblems so others won't notice they got the lowest trim even though you can clearly tell from the exhaust tips =P

Thanks DE, I don't intend to start up any drama over simple plaques and badges. In the end that's what I do, but I always find it interesting to see what majority of the 370z community find as accepting.

It's like majority of the 370z owners have a mutual understanding that scissor doors look super tacky on a 370z and belongs to a Lambo. Same goes with Neon lights, etc. Those are things I find obvious where I don't need to get a "RICE" ticket from someone to tell me.

Did I tell you someone at my College went around cars giving these "RICE" tickets out before? It had a ton of check boxes with things like: Park backwards Crooked, Type R Emblems when it's not, overly large bolt on exhaust tip, etc.

That was funny.

When I had my mustang, people that had gts would sometimes put cobra bages on. We would call them fobras. They would lack the power to back up anything worth being a cobra. But, if done right, I don't see why you can't delair your car a Nismo edition. If its merited. Go for it.

Nah thats like putting a Ferrari emblem on a Eclipse.

Buy it like that from the factory or dont put it on!!

pwahaha idk about being butt hurt from someone else putting a nismo badge on their car. I personally dont care if i see it on someone elses car but I wouldn't support it if they asked for my opinion. but like you said, "do what YOU want!!!." everyone is gonna have different taste so someone will always either like or hate it.
