How many of you have pulled the steering lock fuse?

I kinda doubt after I shut off the car, the computer system keeps sending the signal to the SLU to lock the steering wheel and don't get any response thus consume the battery... But this only happened the first week I pulled the fuse. It could be random. Besides those, I don't have any other issues after puling the fuse. Anyone here has other problems after pulling the fuse?

I haven't pulled the fuse, but I had the battery COMPLETELY die after leaving the car in the garage for 8 days while I was in Jamaica (fun!). I have no idea what killed it (2 year old battery). I thought everything was shut off. Someone on here mentioned that the radio potentially could have drained it. I do have an aftermarket stereo installed. I just wanted to mention this to keep the idea open that it may NOT be related to you pulling the fuse...
