Steering lock problem solved (for real)

does the steering make metal to metal noise when you turn the steering wheel?

there's only open or closed condition on the lock. if yours is stuck in the open condition, then the steering should feel the same as usual. unless its partially closed and dragging the column internal.

It sounds just as normal as if im driving , would the fuse trick work ?

yes, as long as your steering lock is in the unlock state, it should work.

i suggest you look at daisuke/baer DIY section on the fuse pull. you have to pull the fuse while the car is ON and in the unlocked state.

I found a video on youtube that explains the whole thing with pics , type 370z steering lock and it should be very easy for everyone
