I was like 'wtf'?? LOL, Cos I am a Chinese, hahaa, then realized you mean French-Canadian.

Yes, some of them are cocky, I remember the first room-mate I had in my boarding school, from Quebec, I was like 'dude, is your nose above your freaking forehead? wtf!!'

Contemplating purchasing the RevD steering lock so I don't need to worry about being stranded... But I don't want to spend the money and then they recall it for free... lol

Congrats Happy, looks nice  That will be the next mod in April #493 :D, but going non-res Carbon fiber :happydance:

Well took the Z out for a little test of the Z1 MAF's, it pulls nice & smooth, but to be honest I don't drive it enough to give a real comparison, but for $65 shipped, how could I go wrong. I 'm happy with them.:woot:

i thought you're an insurance guy. :ugh2: you're just buying insurance. :icon17: and unlike auto-rip-off insurance, you can sell the lock when you sell the car if you dont use it. :rofl2:

even if there is a recall, i am sure there will be folks that will not get it done just because they dont want the dealer touching their cars. in that respect there will always be a market for functional steering locks.

good looking exhaust, mr. happy!

no car action today. just running errands in my Fit today...

Congrats, looks great. This or the AeroJacket III are what Im going to end up going with. Personally I like how the AeroJacket comes to more of a point in the middle. Great choice though, Im a big fan. +1

happytheman 02-25-2012 02:23 PM

Hey thanks for the congrats guys! I've been really looking forward to this mod! :)

What kind of silicon did you use? This will come in handy when I mount more aero bits. Looks super good! I'm thinking I might pick one of these up!

I know it would, but I've got to keep it relatively mild. I've had some really loud setups in the past, and my wife wouldn't ride with me. The drone always made her nauseous. I've been considering the Motordyne Art pipes!

haitech 02-25-2012 02:24 PM

Man I'm jelly of everyone's mods!

It sounds sick! A totally satisfying growl! So many others have said it, but I have to as well: This is how the Z was intended to sound! I'm so proud of her! She's all growed up! (*sniff*) Synchro Rev sounds AMAZING pulling up to the red lights!

I have noticed an immediate increase in power across the entire band (at least the range I've taken it to). I'm waiting for four to five cooling cycles to pass before I bang on it. I'll know better then! :)

Bought them from forum member CC_370z. I suck at posting pics because I'm too cheap to pay for hosting service http://www.naxja.org/forum/images/smilies/anon.gif

Here is a pic on CC_370z's car. Look the same, only mines cleaner :p

Am I the only one uneasy about all these pics of rears?

SPOHN 02-25-2012 05:16 PM

This thread is one of my favorites. So I started one similar for you guys with other vehicles that you might mod also.

http://www.the370z.com/other-vehicle...cle-today.html

IMWEZL 02-25-2012 05:22 PM

I auto-x my behind off today. I took advantage of the novice school offered and ran about 13 runs. I was .068 seconds behind a 99 miata with a ton more mods and a fresh set of Hoosiers. Not bad for just having a CBE and RE11s.

Fire 02-25-2012 05:25 PM

A fresh set of hooters :woot: Congrats auto-x is fun I plan to run my ZL1 this year.
