not only does it have radar it also shows barometric pressure so as soon as you see it dropping you know it's very likely that it's going to rain/snow. :)

Thanks. I'll have to check it out. I have the DROID Bionic.

I got a call this morning from my Nissan dealer telling me the part has arrived. I am waiting until Monday to take her in for the repair because Mondays are when the paintless dent guy is in and I am getting that annoying little dimple in my roof removed at the same time.

They also confirmed that the mechanism is Rev D.

Yo guys that can :driving: your Z's are lucky. Eventhough the weather today isn't bad there is salt on the roads and I won't expose my Z to it. :eekdance:

Yeah, we are lucky in that sense. :icon17:

Nice Nismo. Universal City Nissan, huh? I went there when I was looking for my Z. I didn't have that great of an experience so I went elsewhere. The sales guy I was working with knew absolutely nothing.

Footloose301 02-02-2012 03:32 PM

I bought the Viper 5901 system for my Z last night  Shipped this morning!

I just got it and decided to take it on my favorite drive before I did anything else. I took it off at lunch today.

Thanks! I only went because my coworker's cousin is a salesguy there and the finance guy's wife works with my sister. They knew very little about the car other than it was a beast. I've rarely talked to a sales guy who knew what they were talking about. We aren't their target, right? We read forums and stuff.

True, plus I think that dealer's focus to to push out as many Altimas, Sentras, and Versas as they can.

I put my clutch pedel spring in, and my tonneau cover came in at the dealer. So I went and picked it up.

I don't have Porter Cable yet. I use what I have. I plan to get the kit soon, though. Nevertheless, I washed and waxed my Z on Tuesday, and it looks sweet in my garage. I just applied shine to the wheels again today. Looks like the weather and roads are going to be pretty clear for the next 4 days. Can't wait to let her out! :happydance:

Excellent news Mr. Onzedge.

I assume we will get to see a picture of your dimple-free roof at some point?

Looks like here in Houston we will have my first "wet" Coffee and Cars. Rain scheduled all weekend. Not having any semblance of a social life, I'll be there at 6:30 am.

At least I won't have to wash the car! So far it's me and the '62 Falcon Ranchero resto mod confirmed.

Life is good.

Cheers,

gurney
