That does suck. I hope you get some satisfaction on Monday. Nobody respects the time that goes in to keeping a nice car, so nice.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm definitely going to get me some satisfaction on Monday!

Gave her a nice luxurious bubble bath this evening, backed her into the garage all by her lonesome and giving her an after wash QD. :)

Ahh, didn't know, since I track the car a lot, going again tomorrow and tuesday! I thought it would help a lot, tons of tire debris and rocks at the race track, if I don't like them I'll only put them on for the race track. I am thinking of taking off the 20mm spacers also when I go to the race track unless they are OK to track on thoughts? Bought the splash guards used for a very good price.

I will have my KW v3's on order hopefully next week, not thinking of doing much of a drop at all, need to put more money together to order the kinetix kit also all around. I need way more camber for the track! Next is a harness bar just like the robispec one.

Installed the new HU last week, finally I have time to setup the EQ and Display!!

A nice investment since the new HU has much better sound quality and display the info of the playing contents in Chinese characters too. Very nice features that I've been looking for a HU that is capable to do it!!

One of the features I like the best is I can upload a picture to use as the wallpaper. And of course, I uploaded one of my own Z pictures. hehee

That looks great Alcheng!

Tell me though: Were you able to retain your steering wheel controls and does it auto-adjust volume based in engine speed/noise?

A lot of guys here track with spacers on and don't have any problem. As long as they're quality (and hubcentric if you're running stock wheels) you shoud be fine.

It's also helpful if they are not direct bolt on. If you're running the spacers that replace the stock bolts it's a much better combination, because the wheel is directly bolted to the hub, as opposed to being directly bolted to the spacer.

They also confirmed that the mechanism is Rev D.

 glad your Z will be back. Mine goes in monday as well.

Thanks happytheman!!

I can retain the volume, source and seek control buttons. However, I believe the bluetooth module is a seperated unit, since I can still connect to it AFTER I removed the OEM radio.

Therefore I cannot program the Phone buttons on the steering.

As for the auto volume, it changes to Human-Logic Auto Volume now. LOL

BTW, have to program the button manually. It's not difficult.

Thank you Mr.kenchan

One more info, I am not sure about the other brands, but on the setup menu of the Kenwood HU, you can select to switch on/off the remote sensor, I don't know why they have this option but I think it's totally pointless, anyway, if you turn OFF the sensor, the steering module WILL NOT WORK!!

It took us a looooooooong while to figure out since we program the module correctly and it just doesn't work, played with it for about an hour+ and eventually we saw the option was off, still didn't know but I said 'what the heck, no harm to switch it on and give it a shot.', and BOOM, it works.

So if you have a HU that have this pointless option in the setup, BEWARE!!!

Good question, I checked... Z1, for some reason the passenger side one was cut a bit, my friend had some trouble fitting it on his car then gave it to me LOL, didn't effect fitment at all though with mine...
