That doesn't make sense.
They could just pull in front-first and utilize the blue hash-marked area if they needed wheelchair room.
Add to that the fact that this driver's car is obstructing the wheelchair ramp cutout on the sidewalk.

Got this today. The bad part is that I saw the 40ish female driver and the teen son get out of the van and go into Lowe's ahead of me. I couldn't tell what their "handicap" might be other than not being able to park.

Haha, I think the same thing. Especially because 90% of people who park in a handicapped spot seem to have no disability when they get out and stride wherever they are going.
