Yeah, enlarging the holes in the radiator support is a easy job. I installed the CAI and a Fast Intentions CBE at the same time and my car was pre-detonating

Yeah, enlarging the holes in the radiator support is a easy job.
I installed the CAI and a Fast Intentions CBE at the same time and my car was pre-detonating ( pinging ) like crazy so I re-set the ECU and it was all good. I think it was able to breath suddenly and the car needed to richen up. It has been good ever since. One other thing I did with the CAI was cut the extra horn stud off on the Driver side of the car. you'll see it when you go to put the filter on. Mine was stabbing the air filter so I just removed it. |
