major issue with AEROJACKET.... anyone heard from them lately or had similar issue??

I bought the cf duckbill wing from them and first thing that happened was ups lost it apparently. Month later i recieve the wing and after a week it started

Month later i recieve the wing and after a week it started splitting they are refunding me 50% and sending me a new wing to make it alright. Communication has been awful i had to call them through the number paypal to get a hold of them. my refund is pending and i should be getting replacement wing soon.
