Why is the Z slower than comparable cars?

Because of the DSG, though, the TTS will beat the 370Z at a dragstrip--and possibly around a road course, too.

But lack of a manual transmission means I still wouldn't buy one.

This is true, my 2004 VW R32 was pretty much a TTS.

I'm still having trouble beating some of the VW's lap time with the 370z, and the VW had 240 horse?!

I've beaten a tts in my Z
