Brand new 2017 NISMO tech

Regardless this is what I don't get they will loan me 48k, but 14k? I mean. To me I see it as getting a loan for getting a loan for 34k and just paying the difference, regardless I was curious if my g.f co signs will that make it so I don't have to do a down payment?
Anyone who is expert in any of this and could help me with some advice I want illuminum light up kick plates and license plate and floor mats car cover but I mean sure don't feel like a great deal that 48 does not include that stuff.
Also she has good credit with a lot of credit history all payments on time, and she makes 6 figures.

One last thing, I used to own a 3G Eclipse my drive way is of and people tend to scrape I didn't in my 3G if I came in at the correct angle ground clearance on that car was 5.8 what is the 17 NISMO?
