Shiiiiiiitttt, you gonna get done run over at those speeds lol. 80 is just fine without worry of getting pulled over. 81 and you are pressing your luck, 85 is common for cruising.

Good to know... however, I know how state troopers are with out of state plates....

While my plate will likely keep me from getting a ticket (USMC E6), it won't prevent me from being pulled over....

Sounds like Interstate 70 in my area. Speed limit is 55. Everyone does 70, and that is slow. Most run 75. Was doing 80, and got past by a string doing at least 90.

I've got a few pairs of Motorolas. I have a couple of large ones that will probably work with yours but they take 4 AA batteries each

I've also got some digital ones (encrypted, too) with earpieces for our work in the hospitals. But I only have 3 of those and they won't work with most other radios (and the ones they will work with have to be programmed via software first).

Let me know if I need to bring any.
