I purchased Penske double adjustables in the end. Have used this in my V8 MGB GT for 10 years and really comfortable with setting them up.

Our shock guru here in Melbourne offers a testing service ... brings his van to the track if we are testing and can re-valve on the spot if required.

Looking at 23kg/mm front springs and 8kg/mm at the rear with true coil-over to start and then we'll see.

    Hey Rusty

How much SPL gear do you have in your car ... all of it ?

I'm about to go pure coil-over and do "all" the rear suspension plus impact bush and LCA bush for front suspension .. worth going titanium over billet alloy ?

Sorry Rusty, I just saw your reply today. Thanks for the Bilstein advice. I just had a couple diff bushings replaced, so I'll be doing the front struts next.

Hey Zington. i have a 2013 GC TrailHawk with the airride suspension. And a 2008 2500 PowerWagon. If I was you. I would go with the Bilsteins. I have the 7100's with remote reservoirs on my PowerWagon. I would steer clear of the Rancho's.

Hi Rusty. I seem to remember you also have a Jeep GC, or Ram 1500 with the 5.7... sorry if I'm mistaken. If so, I'm looking to buy new struts for my jeep Commander 5.7 4x4. Looking at Bilstein, kyb and Rancho. Any opinion would be appreciated. If no opinion, no sweat. This will be my first strut swap on this vehicle. Thanks!

Hey I’m think about purchasing those hood vents. I was wondering if you could make me a set of inserts for the hood vents?

Rusty, thank for you input. When you said "The pads need bedding. 2 new set of pads and never bedded them." Did you mean you had the same problem with two sets of pads before you tried bedding ?
