This is a big relief and I'm definitely happy to hear they are going to take care of things. I'm still 100% happy with everything, and I'm sure it will be fixed. Got burned by the mod fire, but thankfully, not catastrophic. Also, to answer Sgt Goldy's question below, no update on when I will get her back. I'm hoping by the 23rd. That's when I'll be back home again.
