Here's what I did last night... Still need to monkey with the pin alignments to make them work properly... In essence, I cut the holes in the wrong spot, but

Here's what I did last night...
Still need to monkey with the pin alignments to make them work properly... In essence, I cut the holes in the wrong spot, but it's not entirely my fault. The curvature of the hood mean that if you install them directly above where the pins are located, you won't be able to get them to line up right because the angle of approach is outside of the 15 degree max that the latches allow for. Well, silly me for making them perfectly aligned vertically over the pins.
