Nice track Z! Love the Chicane Yellow.

Which headers? And why would you put header mods on, only to have the restrictive Nismo exhaust when there are other [better] options out there?

No hating, just honest questions. :tiphat:

Question 1: Can't tell you ;)

Question 2: Two answers:

a) To prove the NISMO Exhaust is much better than most folks think
b) Baby steps, can't buy everything at once, only had the car since January. :)

1. Why not...? :icon08: :p meanie.

2. Not saying it's not okay, just better is out there, and if I were going to spend my money, I'd only wanna do it once and be done with it.

(Unless yours is a nismo?) :icon14:

hahahah

1.) Signed an NDA that says I can't tell until we have all the data finalized
2.) Oh, I didn't have to spend money on the NISMO exhaust. I see where you're coming from now. It was just a take-off from another Z. :)

Good start. Repped for tracking. It's the only way to truely enjoy the full potential or our car.

Sooo... someone else has made a set of headers hmmmmmm... :icon08: I see what you did there.

Ah, that's fine then.

Nice build. Hope there will soon be some vids posted!

I went from Invidia to Nismo exhaust on my car and actually didnt loose any power. It actually gained some torque.

cdoxp800 03-26-2012 05:11 PM

No sway bars? That was the biggest improvement I did one mine.

As for the NIsmo CBE, it's not that bad, but there is power to be had by changing it out. Please keep us posted on the headers and the your Nismo results. Sould be interesting.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

Just got back from getting her aligned (-2.6 front -2 rear camber, woooo) and man, what a difference.

The brakes are already MONSTROUS and we haven't even flushed the system with "the good stuff" yet. Can't wait to get the Motul 600 in there.. MMmMMMM.
