Nice Z, nice job picking up all the trophies! Are the roads really that bad in Tampa? Everytime I'm in Florida (South Florida) I'm jealous of how good the roads

Almost every road I drive everyday (which my Z isnt a daily) is full of pot holes and all they do is patch them. The first time it rains they open right back up. I drive the same roads with our Z's though and it is a pain in the neck. I have driven the new Z probably 4 times and already scratched the mufflers.
I also know the roads Kelly drives on every day and they are some of the worst! Tampa roads suck!

I will admit some of the roads are good. but others are not so. the problem is the roads I have to take to get to work is the problem. to avoid them will add an additional 15-20 min on top of my 45 min commute as is. if it was just a weekend car then being lowered would not be a problem.

So this weekend I decided to finally get the rest of the boxes out of the garage from where we moved into our new home. I finally got those out of the way and put together my new work bench along with my car cleaning cart. Now if I can keep the extra stuff from relocating from the house to out here I will be set.
![]() ![]() Then I thought to my self what to do with all the extra body parts I have and decided to do this. ![]() ![]() I felt pretty proud at this point and pulled my car back into her spot. ![]() As I was standing there I had the feeling of something was missing but I just could not put my finger on it. Finally it hit me. I need another Z in the Garage!!! So I went out and bought this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() So now Robert you are not the only one with two Z's in your garage. LOL ![]()

So today since I have a couple of weeks before any more car shows I decided to do something about the orange peel I see in my factory paint. granted the car is shiney but I keep looking to get that perfect look. I started out by stripping all of the wax using dawn, followed by a clay bar. then I tried to polish using the 105 course cut.
![]() It did really well for getting any scratches I had but the orange peel is still visiable so I decided to get more agressive with the problem. ![]() ![]() ![]() so this is what I have ended up with as of now. ![]() ![]() ![]() so now it the time to use the hexlogic orange cutting pads and the 105 on my cylo polisher to bring back the shine. hopefully it will work. stay tuned for more. ![]() ![]()
