If CA appeals the preliminary injunction and loses, they can appeal again for an en banc hearing in front of 11 appellate judges of the 9th Circuit. Same goes for if the plaintiffs lose in the 3 judge panel. The 9th can decide not to re-hear the case. Alternatively they can hear it and rule either way.

Regardless of which way the ruling goes, it will not be "law". The motion at hand was for a preliminary injunction to prevent the state from enforcing this law, due to the likelihood of immediate and irreparable injury to the plaintiffs, until the case can be heard on the merits and a ruling made on the constitutionality of the law.

Regardless of how the case goes, it will only apply to CA. However, it will become case law and thus dispositive in any future suits regarding future laws of the same nature passed by other states in the 9th Circuit.

Theres a section in Judge Benitez's ruling that mentions "injury" to the plaintiffs. Makes sense.

What do you guys think of the IWI Tavor TS12 shotgun?

I love bullpups, big fan of the Tavor rifles, and this is the first bullpup shot gun I'm excited about. Initially I didn't like it but now after seeing it in action I'm liking it a lot.

What kind of bullets you want. Jacketed, you supply. I have cast with gas checks. 225gr and 240gr SWC's. I drive these as hard as a jacketed bullet without leading the barrel.

The gas check makes a big difference.

I don't have a 44 Mag, so this is extra brass that I want to send to a good home. I've got some other odd ball (stuff I don't own a firearm in) that I want to give to someone that needs it.

I'll compile a list of caliber & quantity. I also have some factory 270 that the previous owner of the house left.

I have 2 Raven 25 ACP's. There were my mom and dad's pistols.

Explains a lot from an engineering point of view.

My understanding around the matter has always focused on the magazine springs themselves. And that spring steel gets fatigued from excessive compression/release cycles, *not* from being held in compressed position for long periods of time. Just my $0.02. (Keep em loaded)
