Didn’t see or hear anything abnormal. This all happened about half an hour ago so will try to return to the car later today with an OBD reader and pull codes.

I mention this as a kind of preliminary screening, lol

IIRC traction plus SES can be a brake fluid issue.

Also, by heat wrap do you mean gold foil or exhaust wrap?

My wife went to get an oil change for our Mazda CX-5 at the dealership. On her way home, engine started acting weird. Checked oil, dip stick was DRY!!! Mother F'ers didn't put oil in. They did immediately admit that it was their fault. They put oil in and engine was running. But, I told them I wanted a full Leak down test and free extended warranty. Need to see the results of the L.D.T.

Should have drove it until the motor let go. Then tell them you're getting a lawyer. I have an idea that your motor is hurt.
