Failed my emissions test, they use an OBD-II jack. Said my evap and O2 sensors registered "not ready." Is this a tune thing and if so, would loading the OEM Nissan map fix the issue?

F.I. CBE and Berk HFCs. Had both on for my last emissions test and passed. Car was not tuned then. Is now tuned by Seb.

A 'not ready' indication on the evap & O2 sensors means they haven't completed a 'drive time' cycle, IIRC. That usually takes 15 to 30 minutes to accomplish. Switching back to the OEM map would still give you that message, unless you drove the pants off it....
