Yeah, **** that. Somebody gets a hold of one of his reports and it sees your report, has no idea what limitations he set on you supplying that report and assumes that’s the quality of your work. You lose a future client you never knew existed.

Thankfully, I have a clause in all of my proposals and contracts that limits my liability to fees paid. You don't like my work, you get a refund. It's that simple. Not that it's ever happened

Exactly my point! I even tried to explain it to him but he didn't get it. Kept trying to spin it as though it's more profitable for me
