Throat. Tonsils, and corrective. 3. Gun shot. Left kidney 4. Left kidney. Stone the size of golf ball. 5. Right hip replacement. 6. Hernia. 7. Right foot. Bone spur. 8. Left foot. Torn tendons and pins to straighten out bones that was broken 3 times. 9. Right elbow.
