They've closed a lot of restaurants and now have outrageous validation rules and parking fees. No wonder that place was like a ghost town on a beautiful sunday afternoon.

Actually its Disney. They're making room for a new hotel, and charging outrageous parking fees ... nickel and diming locals because of piss poor management. Theres also another underlining issues involving giving up tax breaks in order to keep from having to raise employee wages, but that's a topic for another day. However I agree with your assessment of california..lol

I've been to Cali quite a few times. Mostly for business. Everytime there. I look around and say beautiful state, but run by idiots, morons, and money grabbers.
