Impact wrench and jack recommendation

Im actually looking for battery powered/cordless impact wrenches. Cant go electric or air cause i live in an apt complex and my apt is on the second floor.

Have you been able to test the dewalt on really tight/stubborn nuts/bolts?

I dont actually have plans on doing heavy duty work on the Z, just brake, suspension, wheel, exhaust work once in a while, but id much rather an impact wrench with more power than needed than not enough and actually needing it.
