Took us 4 hours as well but we had a lift. It really wasnt that bad, even got the heatshields out intact. Once the bolts are out of the driverside one, flip it upside down and it comes right out. The only hang up I ran into was that neither o2 sensor would come out of the stock headers and got damaged.
