AEM does, others neck down, the ones that do not require tuning. I also checked my IAT's when driving. Even with my AEM's tucked behind the sides of the bumper, the second the car starts rolling, IAT's drop to within 20 degrees of ambient.
go to AEM's website and look up their 370Z CAI's. They have good info on how they are working around the MAF issue and their gains. The Nismo version makes about 20whp according to their testing. The regular version was 10, but tested in 3rd gear. They supposedly made small changes between the two kits and the Nismo version works on the base version just fine. I had two seperate dyno tests 9 months apart on two different dyno's and the AEM's are still working like a charm... along with my other mods. It's in my build thread if you want to see my review and dyno. My latest December and January dyno's are later in the thread It's also in my profile images and labeled. Hope this helps.
