My 370Z has been running for 3 years and 18,600 miles with no problems
(OK! A ball bearing was replaced under warranty of my Tuner!)

Now the project of new intercooler is coming.....

TX2K is one of the biggest car shows in America where a lot of the big horsepower cars meet. It last for about 3-4 days and has a series of events.

The TX2K event started as a small grass roots Supra only event in 2000 and since that time has grown into a national car event that attracts hundreds of cars and thousands of people from across the United States. At the 2010 event, we had 26 of the states represented including visitors from other countries. In addition to a strong continued commitment from the Supra community, this event draws a large number of other car enthusiasts including Porsche’s, Viper’s, Lambo’s, Vette’s, etc… The event schedule follows the same basic format each year.

It would be nice to see some high horsepower Forced Induced VQ's make it to the event.

Would appreciate some advice on the following, please:

Planning to get the Stillen SC kit in a few months but already purchased BERK HFCs and Stillen cermaic coated Headers very recently, and now don't know whether to install them or shipping them back to Z1.

I've been getting confusing advice as to whether the Header and HFCs will be good or bad for the SC kit.
Have heard Stillen strongly recommending against the headers (loss of psi and lean A/F), as well as, headers working well with the kit. And HFCs not being able to take the extra heat.
I am seeing some member here running header+HFC with the SC kit.

Any advice?

My advice is keep stock headers and cats. I had HFC's and one cat blew after a few hundred miles. When I went back to stock cats per Stillen, I made more power also. A few other's I know personally also lost power when going from stock cats to ART pipes and went back again to stock cats to get the numbers back.

Thanks diego@vossen. Very enlightening and helpful indeed.
It just puzzles me why in the name on science would a better flowing/more efficient header/cat make the SC lose power.

Either way, I'll try to return/resell my brand new Headers and Berk HFCs.

Diego, did you experience the power loss on HFCs with the Stillen base tune or did u run a custom tune and still lost power over stock cats?
