Curious what level hp/tq is the tranny issue more likely? I will be going FI after the warranty is up but nothing crazy, just enough so that when some dink

Curious what level hp/tq is the tranny issue more likely? I will be going FI after the warranty is up but nothing crazy, just enough so that when some dink in a Camaro SS messes with me I don't have to tuck tail... I'd have uprev of course, so with say low 400's HP and increasing line pressure via uprev do you guys think I'll see much issue?
