Spohn, Here is mine - Sasha just left the Y pipe straight sections long and shipped loose 2 two bolt flanges.
Then I drove the car to my awesome shop guys and they cut the straights to length, welded the 2 bolt flanges on, and the whole thing bolts up to my un-modified CNT exhaust. Driving it to the shop was a blast... NO exhasut at all... hehe ![]() ![]() Last edited by rhd; 11-12-2013 at 07:31 PM. |

Another thing we did was add a bracket to secure the end of the recirc pipe.
With open dumps the recirc return is capped off and kind of hanging out there. It does flex with the stainless flex pipe. You would not want this to flop down at the wrong time right when you were crossing over a high spot in the road. There could be some serious damage done. My shop guy built a hanging bracket that bolts onto the end of the recirc cap clamp - worked great. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by rhd; 10-19-2013 at 08:41 PM. |

I have 8 kits available. One was just finished this weekend and going out to a happy customer this week. Will be working on finishing the rest (takes about a week per kit) so I will be finishing another by the end of this week.

One other small improvement that was made...the oil relocation take off plate is not modified a bit to creat more room for the charge pipe.
As the charge pipe comes through from the turbo, there really isn't all that much room: ![]() So now the plate has one side machined flat to douple the clearance between it and the intercooler pipe; ![]() ![]() Sometimes the small things go a long way ![]()

Your welcome, You deserve it. Im excited to know the results are even better on the 370Z. I look forward to doing business with you… Again, and am excited to see the results.
P.S. your stealing all my mod money!!! totally worth it though. Hope everything is going well up in Canada. I know its probably getting pretty cold by now. Sub'd |

![]() ![]() I think I mentioned somewhere that the engine bay IC piping is now powder coated wrinkle black: ![]() all flanges are welded on the inside, so there is no warping: (also note the first weld joint inside the manifold...all the welds look like this on the inside because I back purge all the ping with argon while it is welded. This ensures a good solid weld joint, and it is as if it is welded on the outside and inside, making it very strong. Not cheap, but it is the only way to do it right) ![]() and some milling to increase clearance on the IC piping at the OEM oil folter location: ![]() also, no exhaust leaks at the turbo, before the wideband (can cause false readings). The 3" tubing will slide in to the turbine outlet, making a perfect seal: ![]() I think the thread is now up to date. I am looking at including a relay kit for the large fuel pump that comes with the kit. This will eliminate voltage drop across the thin OEM wires feeding the OEM fuel pump. This can cause fuel pressure drops as there isn't enough voltage going to the pump. Will update when it is a part of the kit. Also considering a EBC/wideband combo installed in a pillar as an option. Will also update if/when that becomes an option.

I'm impressed with how you keep improving the kit and creating more options. This is truly the standard work ethic and pride in craftsmanship that is lacking far too much in the industry lately. You are definitely setting the bar high for the rest of the vendors.
