I respect you guys and i know that troubles like this happen, BUT you need to start telling people what is going on. Help everyone out by at MINIMUM giving an update. I dont want to see you guys as those companies giving all the updates when they are trying to sell something only, and then neglecting when the problems start. You guys are better then that.
