I think he may be talking about the 9lb pulley and extra tensioner pulley on the serpentine side.

I am trying to get away from the "8psi" and "9psi" pulley terminology that stillen uses on their water to air kits. It confuses guys. I literally have guys always asking why they will only get 9psi and they want more.

Want to really confuse them, call them the 2.87 jackshaft pulley on the serpentine side and the sti tensioner pulley.
