So I took a slightly different route. I simply used the existing hose (C) from the back of the engine & rotated it from the right side of the engine

So I took a slightly different route. I simply used the existing hose (C) from the back of the engine & rotated it from the right side of the engine to the left side & connected it to the return nipple on the hard heater line (E). Alternatively, I was going to plug both nipples, but this has fewer points of potential failure. PLUS - I didn't have to mess w/ getting a clamp on that nipple between the block & the firewall!
